Mona and Sammy are two Filipino-American sisters with a dream from their mom, Lola Carol. Lola Carol used to take them to Cebu City as children where they learned Bisaya, family values, and their love for Filipino food.
Cafe Balay (pronouced BAH-lie) is that dream. Inspired by heritage and cultural fusion to bring our home to you.
